School Principal

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, visionary, and dedicated Principal to provide strong academic and administrative leadership for the school. The Principal will be responsible for maintaining high educational standards, managing staff, ensuring student discipline and safety, and supporting the overall growth and development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and direction for the overall functioning of the school.
- Develop and implement academic plans, policies, and school improvement strategies.
- Supervise, guide, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Ensure effective implementation of the school curriculum and academic programs.
- Monitor student academic performance, attendance, discipline, and overall development.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Organize staff meetings, training programs, examinations, and school events.
- Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, students, and school management.
- Handle administrative responsibilities, school records, and official documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable education regulations and school policies.




- Promote co-curricular activities, sports, cultural programs, and student development initiatives.
- Manage school resources, facilities, and budgets effectively.
- Address student, parent, and staff concerns in a professional manner.
- Represent the school in meetings, educational events, and community activities.
- Maintain high standards of discipline, ethics, professionalism, and academic excellence.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Education or a relevant subject.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Relevant teaching and school administration experience.
- Leadership or educational management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of curriculum planning, school administration, and educational policies.
