About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Site Engineer to manage and

supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites across Delhi NCR. The candidate

will be responsible for ensuring that work is executed as per approved drawings,

specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of construction activities,

drawing interpretation, quantity/measurement work, contractor handling, and site

documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

 Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at site.

 Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and

project requirements.

 Prepare and check Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) and reinforcement requirements,

shuttering/formwork, concrete, masonry,



plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and

other civil works.

 Verify dimensions, levels, line, alignment, reinforcement spacing, lap length,

cover, and other site requirements.

 Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project

management teams.

 Monitor work progress against the project schedule and planned targets.

 Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), site reports, checklists,

measurements, and other required documentation.

 Check material quality and ensure materials are used as per approved specifications.

 Coordinate for inspection and approval of completed activities before proceeding with

subsequent works.

 Monitor concrete-related activities including slump test, cube casting, concrete

placement, curing, and quality checks.

 Maintain proper records of site measurements, material consumption, work progress,

and manpower.

 Ensure compliance with project quality, safety, and construction standards.

 Report delays, quality issues, deviations, and other critical site matters to the reporting

manager.

 Coordinate with procurement and project teams for timely availability of construction

materials.

 Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at the site.





Technical Skills Required:

The candidate should have practical knowledge of:

 Civil & structural drawing reading

 BBS preparation and reinforcement detailing

 RCC construction

 Shuttering/formwork

 Concrete work

 Masonry and block work

 Plastering and waterproofing

 Flooring and finishing works

 Quantity estimation and site measurements

 BOQ understanding

 Contractor Measurement verification

 DPR and site documentation

 Quality control and inspection procedures

 Basic knowledge of relevant IS Codes and construction practices

 AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel

Candidate Requirements:

 Should be capable of independently handling routine site activities and contractors.

 Must have a personal two-wheeler/four-wheeler and a valid driving licence for

site visits across Delhi NCR.

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Should be disciplined, proactive, and capable of taking responsibility for assigned site

activities.

 Willingness to travel to different project sites within Delhi NCR.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, technically sound, and experienced in

actual site execution, rather than only having theoretical knowledge. The candidate should

be capable of identifying construction issues at site, coordinating with contractors, and

ensuring work is completed as per required quality and schedule.

Pay: ₹414,138.18 - ₹891,925.59 per month
