CRM Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a CRM Executive to manage customer enquiries, follow-ups, and booking coordination through our in-house CRM system. The role requires someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with customers and coordinating with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and handle new customer enquiries received through the CRM.
- Contact customers by phone and WhatsApp to understand their requirements.
- Provide customers with relevant service information and assist with their enquiries.
- Follow up with customers on pending enquiries, quotations, and bookings.
- Update enquiry status, customer details, remarks, follow-up dates, and other relevant information accurately in the CRM.
- Ensure that no enquiry or follow-up is missed.
- Coordinate confirmed jobs with the operations/team members.
- Keep customer and booking information updated throughout the process.
- Maintain proper communication records in the CRM.
- Identify pending and high-priority enquiries and take timely action.
- Coordinate with the relevant departments whenever customer requirements or job details need clarification.
- Maintain professional communication and provide a good customer experience.




- Prepare or provide basic enquiry/booking updates and reports when required.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone and communicating through WhatsApp.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM software.
- Good follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and tasks at the same time.
- Responsible and consistent in updating information.
- Ability to learn and follow the company's CRM process.
- Previous experience in CRM, customer support, telecalling, sales coordination, or a similar role is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
