Key Responsibilities * Manage Sales Executives and prepare daily route plans. * Appoint new Distributors, Dealers and Super Stockists. * Develop distributor and retailer networks. * Achieve primary and secondary sales targets. * Conduct regular market visits across all 5 districts. * Monitor stock, outstanding payments and repeat orders. * Track competitor prices, schemes and market activities. * Submit daily and monthly sales reports. Preferred Candidate: Robust distributor/wholesaler network, good market knowledge, team-handling ability and willingness to travel.
