Job Description – IT Bidder / Business Development Executive

We are looking for an experienced and motivated IT Bidder / Business Development Executive who can generate new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork and Freelancer.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Search for relevant projects and job opportunities on Upwork, Freelancer, and other bidding portals.
- Understand client requirements and submit suitable bids/proposals.
- Write explicit and professional proposals to attract potential clients.
- Communicate with clients and respond to their queries.
- Generate new leads and business opportunities for the company.
- Follow up with potential clients and convert leads into projects.
- Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements and provide accurate information to clients.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, client conversations,



and project opportunities.
- Work towards achieving monthly business and revenue targets.

Required Skills:

- Experience in bidding on Upwork, Freelancer, or similar platforms.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to write effective proposals and understand client requirements.
- Basic knowledge of IT services such as Web Development, Mobile App Development, Software Development, or Digital Services.
- Good lead generation and client handling skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work towards business targets.

Experience:

- Experience in IT Bidding / Business Development will be preferred.
