Job Title: Graduate Fresher / Customer Support Executive (SBI Process)

We are hiring Graduate Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience for an SBI process.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate (Mandatory)
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Candidates with up to 6 months of experience can also apply
- Excellent verbal English communication is mandatory

Salary

- Freshers: ₹21,000 CTC (Approx. ₹17,000 In-hand)
- 6 Months Experience: ₹25,000 CTC (Approx. ₹20,000 In-hand)

Shift Details

- Male Candidates: 24×7 rotational shifts (9-hour shift)
- Female Candidates: Day rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)

Weekly Off

- One rotational weekly off

Key Requirements

- Graduate degree is mandatory
- Fluent English communication
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per eligibility
- Valuable customer handling and communication skills
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹10,456.25 - ₹29,897.52 per month
