Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented In-House Recruiter / Internal Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing quality candidates, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms
- Source candidates through databases, job portals, and networking
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements
- Follow up with candidates for timely closures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tools
