Profile Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Apparel & Footwear Designer with at least 1 year of experience in designing clothing and footwear products. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of fashion trends, color combinations, materials, and product development. The candidate will be responsible for creating cutting-edge designs for apparel and footwear collections while coordinating with sourcing, sampling, and production teams.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Design & Product Development

- Create innovative and trend-driven designs for apparel and footwear collections.
- Develop design concepts, sketches, mood boards, and technical specifications.
- Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
- Select appropriate fabrics, materials, colors, prints, embellishments, and trims.
- Design seasonal collections aligned with brand identity and market demand.
- Develop samples and prototypes in coordination with vendors and production teams.

Footwear Design

- Design footwear products including ethnic footwear, juttis, casual footwear, and fashion footwear.
- Create detailed design specifications and artwork for production.




- Work closely with artisans, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure design accuracy.

Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with sourcing and vendor teams for material selection and sample development.
- Monitor product quality and ensure designs are executed as per specifications.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams for product launches and campaigns.
- Maintain design documentation and product development records.

Knowledge & Skills

● Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.

● Minimum 1 year of experience in apparel, footwear, or fashion product design.

● Strong understanding of apparel and footwear design principles.

● Knowledge of fabrics, textiles, trims, and footwear materials.

● Creative thinking with excellent color and trend forecasting abilities.

● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
