We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Editor and Motion Graphics Artist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and creating visually stunning motion graphics and compositing entire video that effectively communicate our clients' messages and enhance their brand identities. As an Editor and Motion Graphics Artist, you will leverage your expertise in visual storytelling to produce compelling videos for various platforms, including digital advertisements, social media campaigns, and corporate presentations. You will collaborate closely with other creative professionals, including graphic designers, video editors, 3D animators and project managers, to ensure that all projects align with our clients' vision and objectives. Your innovative thinking and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering high-quality content that captivates audiences and drives engagement. Additionally, you will mentor other team members, sharing your knowledge and helping them refine their skills. Responsibilities:

- Create high-quality videos and 2D/3D motion graphics animations for various media including digital ads, social media, and promotional content.

- Collaborate with designers, and strategists and other team members to conceptualize and execute visually engaging narratives that align with client goals.





- Mentor junior artists, providing guidance on techniques and best practices to elevate the team's overall skill set.

- Review and refine animations based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project briefs.

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques in motion graphics and animation to bring fresh ideas to the team.

- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative concepts for marketing strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

▪︎ Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in motion graphics design and animation.

▪︎ Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Adobe Premier Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite.

▪︎ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics projects, demonstrating creativity and technical skill.

▪︎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and capable of handling projects independently.

▪︎ Exceptional attention to detail with a strong understanding of design principles and visual storytelling.

▪︎ Ability to bring solutions to the table when facing technical issues.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
