- Graduate/Post Graduate with 2 year NTT diploma from an NCTE-approved institution.Core Duties
- Design and implement play-based lesson plans covering language, numbers, arts, music, and motor skills to build foundational abilities.
Classroom Management
- Maintain routines for meals, naps, play, and transitions while ensuring hygiene, safety, and inclusive practices.
- Create stimulating setups with interactive materials and adapt activities for diverse needs.
Parental Engagement
- Communicate daily updates, concerns, and achievements to build home-school partnerships.
- Observe and assess individual progress, track milestones, and provide feedback to parents through meetings or reports.
- Foster social-emotional growth by teaching sharing, empathy, conflict resolution, and group activities in a secure workplace.
