We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Senior Customer Care Executive with Team Leadership skills to manage customer interactions, resolve complaints, and support the day-to-day performance of the customer care team.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in customer handling, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving ability, and the confidence to guide and motivate a team.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in Customer Handling / Customer Service

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer calls, queries, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and on time.
- Lead and support the customer care team.
- Monitor team performance and daily activities.
- Guide team members in handling difficult customers and escalations.
- Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution.




- Maintain customer records and prepare basic reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of customer handling experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and customer-handling abilities.
- Team leadership and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred.

Experience : 2 to 6 years

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
