Job Description: Develop and support custom solutions within the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. Design, configure, and maintain Record Producers and service request workflows. Implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and external applications/systems. Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver ServiceNow enhancements and solutions. Participate in end-to-end project activities including development, testing, deployment, and support. Preferred Skills: Experience in ServiceNow CSM. Robust knowledge of Record Producers, Catalog Items, and Flow Designer. Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and APIs. Good understanding of ServiceNow platform development and best practices.
