- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
- Document application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
- Robust understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize software applications to meet business needs.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving application issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs to connect various systems.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
