Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily interior site activities and workforce.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, civil workers, and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and specifications.
- Monitor site progress, manpower, material usage, and project timelines.
- Check quality and finishing of all interior works.
- Take site measurements and verify dimensions as per drawings.
- Coordinate material delivery, storage, and proper utilisation.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
- Coordinate with Project Manager, Designer, Client, Contractors, and Vendors.
- Maintain daily site reports, manpower records, and progress updates.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and discipline at the site.
- Follow up on pending work and ensure timely closure of snag points.
- Ensure the site is completed as per required quality and handover standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
