- Lead blending operations and ensure production targets are met.

- Supervise team, manage shift activities, and ensure safety compliance.

- Monitor blending process, troubleshoot issues, and optimize production.

- Maintain records and ensure quality standards are met.

- Support production team in achieving operational goals.

*Key Skills & Requirements:*

- Diploma/BE in relevant field (Chemical/Mechanical/Production).

- 1–3 years of experience in blending or related roles.

- Leadership and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of blending processes and safety protocols.
