Job Title: Follow-up Executive – Enquiry Management
Department: Sales / Customer Experience

Experience: 0–2 Years
Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Customer Experience Head

Key Responsibilities

- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries received through calls, emails, the website, social media, and other channels.
- Ensure timely responses and regular follow-ups on all open and pending enquiries.
- Coordinate with the Enquiry Management Team, Sales Team, and Technical Team to obtain updates regarding quotations, samples, designs, pricing, or other customer requirements.
- Maintain and regularly update enquiry details and follow-up status in the CRM system or Excel/Google Sheets.
- Make follow-up calls and send professional reminder emails to customers for pending feedback, quotations, or order confirmations.
- Ensure proper tracking and closure of all customer enquiries.
- Escalate important, delayed, or unresolved cases to the reporting manager.
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly follow-up reports.
- Monitor response timelines and help improve the overall customer enquiry management process.




- Build and maintain positive and professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth communication and timely resolution of customer requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, telecalling, customer support, enquiry management, or follow-up roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Basic understanding of CRM tools will be an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and result-driven.
