The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership mandate to own our project portfolio end-to-end — from concept to commissioning — while helping drive the business development that fuels our next phase of growth. You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, engage directly with government bodies, industry associations, financiers and marquee private clients, and report to our Director – Technical.

What You Will Own

Project Leadership (Concept to Commissioning)

- Lead planning, design coordination, execution, and commissioning across a portfolio of industrial, textile, housing, and commercial projects.
- Drive project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk — holding delivery to the highest professional standards.
- Interface with architects, engineers, contractors (including EPC partners), consultants, and quantity surveyors to keep every engagement on track.

Business Development & Growth

- Follow up and convert new business opportunities; support feasibility studies, bankable DPRs, and proposal preparation.
- Build and nurture relationships with government agencies, industry bodies, MSME clusters, and private investors.
- Contribute to the firm's strategy for winning and structuring PPP and scheme-linked mandates (BHAVYA, PM-MITRA, MSME).

Team & Stakeholder Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technical and management professionals.
- Coordinate across multiple project stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely implementation.
- Represent Magro Projects with clients, statutory authorities, and funding partners as a credible senior face of the firm.

What You Bring

- 14–20 years of progressive experience in the mid-corporate segment, with a strong record of delivering large projects from concept to commissioning.
- A qualified degree (Engineering or equivalent), preferably complemented by an MBA.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage complex,



multi-stakeholder projects.
- Fluency in Hindi (spoken), alongside professional English, to engage confidently across India.
- Commercial acumen across budgeting, cost control, feasibility, and project structuring.
- Exposure to industrial parks, infrastructure, real estate, textiles, or PPP projects will be a strong advantage.
- Willingness and readiness to travel across India as project needs require.
