We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & System Administrator with 2–4 years of relevant experience to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, cloud environments, security, and end-user computing.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in Windows and Linux administration, networking, Active Directory, firewalls, routers, switches, cloud platforms, backup and disaster recovery, system security, and endpoint management.

This is a broad infrastructure role requiring an individual who can independently manage and troubleshoot systems, networks, and cloud infrastructure while ensuring the availability, security, and reliability of IT services.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain servers, laptops, and IT systems across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, permissions, Active Directory, and Group Policies.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and health, and troubleshoot hardware, operating system, application, and software-related issues.
- Plan and perform system updates, security patches, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
- Manage and support LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and internet connectivity.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other network infrastructure.
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure on AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, including:
- Virtual machines
- Cloud storage
- Cloud networking
- IAM and access management
- Monitoring and logging
- Backup and recovery
- Ensure the security, availability,



and reliability of network and cloud infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain system security, endpoint security, access controls, backups, disaster recovery, and recovery procedures.
- Support business continuity and disaster recovery planning and activities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across network, server, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively identify potential system, network, security, and cloud-related issues.
- Coordinate and support infrastructure-related maintenance, upgrades, and changes as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, network architecture, cloud environments, procedures, troubleshooting steps, and technical issues.
- Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely resolution of infrastructure and connectivity-related issues.
- Work independently while managing multiple infrastructure-related priorities and incidents.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- 2–4 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, systems, network, and/or cloud administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Hands-on experience in TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, DNS, and DHCP.
- Practical experience managing firewalls, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Practical understanding of cloud infrastructure, including cloud networking, virtual machines, storage, IAM, backup, and monitoring.
- Knowledge of system security, endpoint security, backups, disaster recovery, and recovery procedures.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across systems, networks, and cloud environments.
- Good communication and end-user support abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to document technical configurations, procedures, incidents, and solutions effectively.
