We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Mechanical Design Engineer with a strong interest in research, product development, and engineering innovation. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of mechanical design principles and should be eager to work on the complete journey of developing equipment and products, from an initial concept to a finished and functional solution.

The candidate should have hands-on knowledge of SolidWorks, including 3D modelling, assemblies, detailed engineering drawings, sheet metal design, and structural design. Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D and a basic understanding of fabrication and manufacturing processes will be an advantage.

The ideal candidate should possess positive problem-solving and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to convert technical requirements into practical and manufacturable designs. They should be comfortable working closely with R&D;, production, fabrication, and manufacturing teams and should have a willingness to learn through hands-on involvement in design, prototyping, testing, and product development activities.

Strong communication and teamwork skills,



along with a proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of engineering challenges, will be highly valued.2 years to 10 years of relevant experience who are passionate about mechanical design and product development are encouraged to apply.

The position offers hands-on exposure to the complete engineering development process and provides an opportunity to work on the transformation of an initial engineering concept into a fully developed, functional, and manufacturable product or equipment. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate technical documentation, including design files, drawings, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and other engineering records, and may coordinate with internal teams and clients for design discussions, modifications, and project requirements.
