Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Meta Ads Expert to manage and optimize Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns for multiple clients across different industries. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in lead generation, e-commerce, brand awareness, campaign optimization, and performance marketing with a focus on delivering measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, launch, and manage Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns.
- Develop effective campaign strategies for lead generation and sales.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, audiences, and landing pages.
- Manage daily ad budgets and scale high-performing campaigns efficiently.
- Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and content teams for high-converting ad creatives.
- Implement Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking when required.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising policies, algorithm updates, and trends.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–3+ years of experience in Meta/Facebook Ads.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
- Experience in lead generation and e-commerce campaigns.
- Understanding of Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and remarketing.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing multiple client ad accounts.
- Experience with real estate, healthcare, e-commerce, or service-based businesses.
- Ability to independently plan, execute, and scale profitable campaigns.
