Hiring – Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily bank, purchase, sales, and petty cash entries in Tally.
- Prepare and file TDS returns, verify PAN details, and make TDS payments within statutory timelines.
- Prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, perform GST reconciliations, and manage e-invoicing activities.
- Reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers and ensure input tax credit accuracy.
- Process salary accounting entries and maintain loan schedules.
- Perform bank, debtor, creditor, and foreign party reconciliations.
- Account for forex gain/loss transactions and pass adjustment journal entries.
- Prepare Form 15CA and supporting documents for foreign remittances.
- Prepare invoices and maintain proper documentation.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with statutory requirements.
Requirements
- Master / Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, e-invoicing, and Indian accounting practices.
- Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet monthly compliance deadlines.
