Role & responsibilities

Resolving issues related to the Linux server using the ticketing system and/or telephone conversation. As the organization is an IT service provider. The profile is related to client support including both domestic and international clientele.

1. Familiar with all Linux family specially centos, Ubuntu, Debian

2. Server design and deployment (server Hardening)

3. Web hosting management (plesk/cpanel)

4. DNS management

5. Scripting knowledge shell, bash, python

6. Should have knowledge of Fortigate firewall, networking, DHCP, NAT, Port forwarding, VIP, Policy

7. LAMP installation and configuration

8. Load balancer, ngnix, apache, haproxy installation configuration

9. Openerp application installation and configuration

10. Linux administration LVM, user level access, OS patching

11. Cloud computing, hyper-v management, replication

12. Windows server management

13. Azure Administrator, vm creation, RG, nsg, vnet, subnet,



automation (terraform)

Required Skills: -

1. A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field

2. Previous experience working as a Linux Administrator

3. Extensive understanding of Linux, including Red Hat, CentOS, and Debian

4. Working knowledge of MySQL and/or MariaDB

5. Understanding of VMWare and SAN administration and concepts

6. Thorough understanding of protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP

7. Additional Linux certifications (RHCT, RHCE, and LPIC) will be viewed favourably

8. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities

9. Have working knowledge of AWS and DevOps.

Pay: Up to ₹330,000.00 per year
