SAFe Scrum Master — Contract Role | Remote | Immediate Opening

We are looking for a SAFe Scrum Master who leads from the front — not someone who just runs meetings and takes notes.

What we need:

- 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in complex enterprise environments
- Deep, hands-on Jira knowledge — dashboards, filters, advanced reporting, workflow management and backlog governance. Not just basic usage.
- Exceptional communication skills — you must be able to hold difficult conversations confidently with engineers, product managers and leadership alike
- PI Planning experience — backlog readiness, dependency identification, capacity planning and commitment alignment
- Ability to drive change through resistance — you challenge the status quo, identify anti-patterns and push for improvement even when it's uncomfortable.
- Delivery success mindset — take ownership of outcomes and drive teams toward successful, predictable and high-quality delivery
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean principles and scaled Agile frameworks
- Experience leading backlog refinement, Epic readiness, user story slicing and incremental delivery planning
- Demonstrated success driving Agile maturity improvements and organizational transformation
- Solid analytical skills — ability to derive actionable insights from velocity, burndown, cycle time, throughput and flow efficiency metrics
- Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Experience with cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps and Architecture teams
- Experience in SaaS, enterprise technology or supply chain environments a plus

Certifications:

- CSM / PSM / A-CSM required
- SAFe SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) strongly preferred — candidates with SPC certification and hands-on coaching experience will be prioritised
- Agile coaching experience is a strong plus — we want someone who has coached teams, SMs and stakeholders,



not just run ceremonies
- Advanced Jira Knowledge on Migrations, Rich Filters and Jira Plans is mandatory

- You have coached teams through Agile transformation — not just supported it
- You take personal ownership of delivery success — not just the process around it
