Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for front-line sales executive roles, agency channels, financial consultants, and operational teams. You will play a critical role in scaling our workforce, sourcing quality talent, and maintaining seamless candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle including sourcing, pre-screening, interview scheduling, assessment, and offer execution.

High-Volume Sourcing: Proactively source candidates using job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri), local referral channels, social media, and walk-in drives.

Stakeholder Alignment:



Coordinate with Branch Managers to understand headcount mandates and fulfill hiring timelines.

Agent & Agency Channel Onboarding: Support the recruitment and documentation process for Insurance Consultants and Agency Partners across branches.

Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidate fit based on sales aptitude, communication skills, and financial domain knowledge.

Data Management & Reporting: Track daily recruitment metrics, update internal databases, and submit hiring pipelines to regional leads.

Key Requirements

Experience: Experience & fresher both can apply for the position (OJT provided)

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Any Stream; MBA/PGDM in HR is a plus.

Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to manage target-driven recruitment quotas.

Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and hands-on experience with Job Portals and ATS platforms.
