About Us

Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Flutter Developer with at least 1 year of hands-on qualified experience to join our mobile team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive, and scalable mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

● App Development: Build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework and Dart programming language.

● UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma/Adobe XD wireframes and designs into responsive, interactive, and pixel-perfect UI code.

● API Integration: Connect mobile applications to back-end services, integrating RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and data sources.

● State Management: Implement efficient state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, or GetX) to ensure smooth app performance.

● Debugging & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks to ensure application stability.

● Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile/Scrum environment.

● Deployment: Assist in the build, testing, and release processes for publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Required Skills & Qualifications

● Experience:



1 to 2 years of professional software development experience, with a primary focus on Flutter and Dart.

● Portfolio: At least one deployed Flutter application on the App Store or Google Play Store (or verifiable enterprise/freelance projects).

● State Management: Solid understanding of at least one modern state management approach (Provider, BLoC, etc.).

● Version Control: Proficiency in using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket) for version control and collaborative workflows.

● Architecture & Best Practices: Basic understanding of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM) and clean coding principles.

● Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, a willingness to learn new technologies, and clear communication skills to work effectively in a team.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points)

● Familiarity with Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Messaging/Push Notifications).

● Basic understanding of native iOS (Swift/Objective-C) or Android (Kotlin/Java) development.

● Knowledge of offline storage solutions like SQLite or Hive.

● Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
