Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with devices and account-related concerns
- Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, connectivity, and device setup issues
- Guide customers through device installation and usage
- Listen carefully, identify problems, and provide effective solutions
- Document customer issues and resolutions accurately
- Collaborate with internal teams for advanced technical support
- Share customer feedback and suggest service improvements
- Deliver friendly, skilled, and patient customer support

Skills Required

Excellent communication and active listening skills.
Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.




Interest in technology and smart home devices.
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Patience and a customer-first approach.
Typing speed of 30+ WPM.
Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
Comfortable working rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

Eligibility

High School Diploma / Equivalent
6+ months of customer service experience, customer-facing experience, OR currently pursuing college
Experience with troubleshooting technical devices is an added advantage
