Job Summary

We are looking for Sales Staff for Back Office Operations who can support the sales team with documentation, CRM management, quotations, presentations, follow-ups, and coordination. Freshers with an educational background in Engineering, Interior Designing, ITI, or Diploma are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide back-office support to the sales and business development team.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales-related documents.
- Maintain and update customer and project information in CRM software.
- Enter and maintain leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and sales data accurately.
- Coordinate with sales executives, customers, architects, interior designers, and internal departments.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and project proposals.
- Track sales enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-up schedules.
- Maintain proper records of client communication and project-related documents.
- Generate basic MIS and sales reports using Microsoft Excel.
- Assist the sales team in preparing project-related documentation and BOQs.
- Follow up internally with relevant departments for quotations, product details, availability,



and order status.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned sales-support activities.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially:
- MS Excel
- MS Word
- MS PowerPoint
- Working knowledge of CRM software.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong documentation and data-entry skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn recent software and processes quickly.

Educational Qualification

Candidates with a background in any of the following are preferred:

- Engineering
- Interior Designing
- ITI
- Diploma
- Other relevant technical or design qualifications

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Freshers are welcome.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on computers and handling sales-related data.
- Basic understanding of furniture, interiors, construction, or project-related terminology will be an advantage.
- Should be organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
