Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The role requires integrating various AI models, including generative AI, into scalable solutions that can operate efficiently in production environments. Daily activities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of AI-driven features, optimizing pipelines for both cloud and on-premises infrastructures, and exploring innovative approaches such as deep learning, neural networks, and image processing to enhance system capabilities. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement of AI applications to meet evolving business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.




- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of AI solutions ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth and technical excellence.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models and systems, recommending improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
- Experience with cloud-based AI service integration and deployment.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycle management and model operationalization.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to design and optimize data pipelines for AI workloads.
- Knowledge of AI model evaluation metrics and performance tuning.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.

- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ office.

- A 15 years full time education is required.
