Key Responsibilities

● Handle customer service and ensure a positive guest experience.

● Take orders and assist customers with menu recommendations.

● Prepare and serve shakes, beverages, and food items as per standards.

● Handle billing and POS operations accurately.

● Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cafe and workstations.

● Ensure proper food presentation, quality, and portion consistency.

● Manage daily opening and closing duties.

● Assist with stock handling, inventory checks, and replenishment.

● Coordinate with kitchen and other team members for smooth operations.

● Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

● Follow company SOPs, hygiene, and safety standards.

● Support the team during peak hours and ensure timely service.

Requirements

● QSR experience is mandatory.

● Valuable communication and customer service skills.

● Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Team player with a responsible and proactive approach.
