We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results
- Generate quality leads, conversions, and sales
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Manage advertising budgets effectively
- Conduct audience research and competitor analysis
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and ad copies
- Work with the creative and marketing teams to develop high-performing campaigns
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies
Requirements:
- Experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization and analytics
- Understanding of ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR, and Conversion Rate
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and tracking tools is an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
