- Manage customer information and maintain CRM records.
- Handle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Follow up with customers and leads regularly.
- Update customer details, interactions, and follow-up status in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales and support teams.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software preferred.
