Job Description: Digital Marketing Associate

The Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for creating and managing marketing creatives, with a solid focus on flyer designing, video editing, content creation, webinar promotions, email marketing, and digital asset management.

Key ResponsibilitiesFlyer Designing & Graphic Design

- Design university promotional flyers, webinar flyers, scholarship flyers, intake updates, deadline creatives, and event posters using Canva.
- Extract and organize content from competitor flyers, university documents, and official university websites.
- Convert the collected information into original, branded, and visually appealing flyer designs.
- Resize flyers into website pop-ups, banners, and other required formats.
- Ensure all designs are clean, readable, brand-consistent, and suitable for social media, WhatsApp, email, and website use.

Video Editing & Production

- Shoot and edit promotional reels, funny reels, educational reels, office content, event coverage, b-rolls, and advertisement videos.
- Handle camera framing, lighting, multiple takes, b-roll capture, and shot selection during video production.
- Edit videos using CapCut, including cutting clips, audio balancing, colour correction, captions, transitions,



zoom effects, sound effects, motion graphics, memes, background music, and retention edits.
- Export final videos in Instagram Reel format and prepare thumbnails when required.

Content Creation & Scripting

- Create scripts for promotional, educational, funny, and advertisement-based reels.
- Develop hooks, storylines, CTAs, and content ideas for social media campaigns.
- Brainstorm reel ideas, carousel concepts, and Instagram growth strategies with the team.

Webinar & Digital Promotions

- Create webinar flyers, reminder posters, website pop-ups, WhatsApp promotional messages, and QR codes.
- Upload webinar pop-ups and promotional creatives to the website portal.

Email Marketing & Research

- Prepare newsletters and email campaigns using Brevo.
- Research university details such as courses, fees, scholarships, entry requirements, rankings, country benefits, and campus images.

Brand & Asset Management

- Design branding materials such as business cards, ID cards, ID card straps, banners.

Tools Used

Canva, CapCut, AI Tools, Brevo, website portal.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
