*Job Overview:*
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Specialist - Lending to support the distribution of supply chain finance loans to distributors . You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout the sales and onboarding journey just by guiding them from loan inquiry to activation.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Generate leads and connect with customers through outbound calls.
* Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
* Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
* Coordinate with the credit, operations, and underwriting teams for timely approvals.
* Follow up with customers until loan disbursement and provide post-sales support.
* Maintain accurate records in CRM and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
*Required Skills:*
* Strong communication and convincing skills.
* Experience in Personal Loan, Banking, NBFC, or Fintech sales.
* Customer-focused with valuable negotiation and follow-up skills.
* Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
