Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Railway Project Team Leader to manage and coordinate railway infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, leading multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.

This is for Railway PMC Project in Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage project teams for railway infrastructure development, including track, structures, signaling, and electrification.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Ensure adherence to railway safety standards, quality protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team throughout project phases.
- Conduct progress reviews, risk assessments, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Manage client communication, reporting, and approvals.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution practices.

Qualifications & Skills





- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Railway Engineering or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8–12 years of railway project experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of railway planning, design, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

- Experience in railway consulting or EPC workplace.
- Familiarity with Indian Railways / Metro Rail project standards
