Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize the organization's network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with network devices, security, troubleshooting, monitoring, and network administration.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and network security devices.
- Monitor network performance, availability, bandwidth, and connectivity.
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution to users and internal teams.
- Manage TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, routing, and subnetting.
- Configure and troubleshoot routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
- Manage and troubleshoot site-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
- Configure and manage firewall policies, NAT rules, access control, and security policies.
- Perform network upgrades, maintenance, configuration changes, and firmware updates.
- Identify network vulnerabilities and implement appropriate security controls.
- Maintain accurate network diagrams, configuration documentation, IP address records, and technical documentation.
- Work with service providers and vendors for Internet, MPLS, leased lines, and other connectivity issues.
- Monitor network alerts and proactively identify potential network problems.
- Participate in network infrastructure projects, migrations, and implementations.
- Follow IT security policies, change-management procedures, and incident-management processes.




- Provide technical support and guidance to the IT support team when required.

Required Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco/Aruba/Fortinet/Palo Alto or similar networking technologies.
- Good knowledge of:
- VLANs and trunking
- STP/RSTP
- Routing and switching
- DHCP and DNS
- NAT
- ACLs
- VPN
- Wireless networking
- Network monitoring
- Experience with firewalls and network security.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting tools such as Ping, Traceroute, Nslookup, Wireshark, etc.
- Basic knowledge of Linux and Windows networking.
- Knowledge of cloud networking (Azure/AWS) is an advantage.
- Experience with network monitoring tools such as PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, or similar tools is preferred.

Certifications

Any of the following certifications would be an advantage:

- CCNA / CCNP
- Fortinet NSE/FCP

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple incidents simultaneously.
- Good documentation and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours for critical network issues when required.

Education

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
- Relevant networking certifications and hands-on experience will be considered.

Preferred Experience

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in network administration/engineering.
- Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure.
- Experience working with multiple sites/offices and remote users.
- Experience with network security, VPNs, and firewall administration.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
