Job Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Customer Relationship Executive to connect with prospective customers, understand their requirements, provide project information, and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and offers.
- Follow up regularly with prospective customers.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Coordinate customer requirements with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records.
- Work towards monthly lead conversion and site-visit targets.
- Visit project locations when required to improve project knowledge.

Requirements

- Experience in pre-sales, telecalling, real estate, customer service, or sales preferred.




- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to travel to project locations when required.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM is an advantage.
