Business Development Executive – IT Sales

Location: Yamuna Nagar, Haryana / Gurugram
Experience: 1–3 Years | Full-Time

About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in IT Sales to drive international business growth, generate qualified leads, and build robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and convert B2B leads for IT services through online and offline channels.
- Identify and engage international clients and new business opportunities.
- Manage lead generation, prospecting, follow-ups, and sales closures.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal technical teams to understand requirements and prepare solutions.
- Track leads and sales activities through CRM and maintain accurate records.

Must-Have Skills





- 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT Sales / IT Business Development.
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and Client Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Upwork and similar freelancing/B2B platforms.
- Exposure to international sales/client handling processes.
- Good understanding of IT services and solutions.
- Familiarity with AI tools for lead generation, research, outreach, and sales activities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

Candidates from nearby locations will be preferred. Candidates willing to relocate to Yamuna Nagar or Gurugram are also encouraged to apply.
