Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Marketing Executives to grow our logistics and transportation business in Jaipur.
The role involves field visits, new customer acquisition, lead generation, client meetings and maintaining customer relationships. Candidates with experience in logistics, transportation, sales or marketing will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new customers and business leads for logistics and transportation services.
- Visit potential clients and explain company services, pricing and solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify new business opportunities through market visits and local research.
- Handle customer enquiries, follow-ups and service requirements.
- Coordinate with customers, transporters and the operations team.
- Achieve monthly sales/marketing targets.
- Maintain daily customer and lead follow-up records.
- Prepare daily/weekly marketing and customer activity reports.
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer handling and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular client visits.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Hindi communication required; basic English preferred.
- Experience in logistics/transportation/sales/marketing will be an advantage.
Qualification
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.
