About the Role

We are looking for a confident and hardworking Telecalling Executive for our B2B lead generation process.

The role involves calling businesses across India and introducing them to IT and digital services such as Website Development, Mobile App Development, Software Solutions and Instagram/Social Media Promotion.

Key Responsibilities

- Find and research potential B2B businesses across India.
- Find relevant business contact numbers and prospect details.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients.
- Explain our IT and digital marketing services clearly.
- Identify interested businesses and generate qualified leads.
- Understand the client's basic requirements.
- Follow up regularly with interested prospects.
- Maintain and update lead details in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Keep proper records of calls, follow-ups and lead status.
- Share qualified leads with the sales/team for further conversion.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling & lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.

- Good follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Should be comfortable with target-based work.
- Freshers can apply if they have good communication skills.
- Own laptop is mandatory.
- Good internet connection is required for Work From Home.

Work From Home

This is a Work From Home opportunity. The candidate must have:

- Own Laptop – Mandatory
- Stable Internet Connection
- Quiet working environment
- Ability to work Monday to Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM

Mandatory Training

Before starting the job, the selected candidate will undergo 10 days of mandatory training.

Training will cover:

- Calling process
- Calling script
- B2B prospecting
- Lead generation
- Client communication
- Follow-up process
- Excel/Google Sheet management
- Lead qualification

Successful completion of the 10-day training is mandatory before joining the regular job role.

Salary: ₹10,000 per month
