Please go through the key details of the role before proceeding:

~ This is a 'Work-from-Home, full time position' involving hardcore outbound TeleCalling for business loan sales.

~ You must have a working laptop/desktop with Wi-Fi and a Smartphone.

~ For the first 6 months, the monthly fixed pay will be up to ₹10,000, depending on your experience.

~ After 6 months, the salary will be revised based on your performance.

~ Monthly performance-based Variable Salary (over & above fixed salary) will be calculated and paid out quarterly.

~ Work hours are 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break.

~ This is a full-time role only – please do not apply if you are looking for part-time work.
