HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates while supporting the company’s workforce strategy and employer brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Full-cycle recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from identifying staffing needs to onboarding current hires, including posting job ads, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting interviews using various formats such as phone, video, or group interviews.
- Candidate evaluation: Assess applicants’ skills, experience, and cultural fit, and present top candidates to hiring managers for final selection.
- Offer management: Negotiate salaries, benefits, and start dates, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Recruitment strategy: Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent, including networking, attending job fairs, and leveraging social media and professional platforms.
- Employer branding:



Promote a positive company image to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Compliance and record-keeping: Ensure recruitment practices comply with labor laws and maintain organized records of recruitment activities.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, past applicants, and hiring managers to support future hiring needs.
