Job Description – Service Apartment Manager

Position: Service Apartment Manager
Preferred Experience: 2–5 years in hospitality, hotel, service apartment, or property management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the service apartment.
- Handle guest check-in and check-out, ID verification, and guest registration.
- Complete mandatory guest registration on the government portal/website.
- Supervise cleaning staff and ensure apartments and common areas are clean, hygienic, and guest-ready.
- Inspect rooms after cleaning and ensure housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Ensure all facilities and services such as AC, hot water, Wi-Fi, TV, appliances, plumbing, electrical systems, etc. are working properly.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requirements.
- Maintain daily accounts, cash collections, expenses, bills, and receipts.
- Manage inventory and materials including linen, toiletries,



cleaning supplies, and other consumables.
- Monitor staff attendance, discipline, performance, and daily work allocation.
- Handle guest queries and complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain daily operational records and report important issues to management.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic accounting and computer skills.
- Robust attention to cleanliness, hygiene, and detail.
- Good coordination and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and disciplined.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day property operations.
- Hospitality/property management experience preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
