Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Associate who can handle inbound enquiries as well as actively hunt for current customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, contacting prospects, understanding their requirements, following up, and converting them into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls, enquiries, and leads received from different sources.
- Actively hunt and generate new customers through cold calling, WhatsApp, email, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify potential customers and build a strong prospect database.
- Contact new prospects, understand their requirements, and explain suitable products/services.
- Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to convert them into customers.
- Maintain proper records of leads, calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Excel.
- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing customers.




- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, follow-ups, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Telesales, Inside Sales.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling and new customer hunting.
- Robust follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, WhatsApp, and email.
- Ability to convert enquiries and prospects into sales.

- New customers acquired
- Number of new leads generated
- Lead-to-customer conversion rate
- Number of calls/follow-ups

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
