Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Cloud/DevOps Engineer to build and operate cloud-native infrastructure for our enterprise platform. The role involves developing containerized workloads, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and supporting platform scalability, reliability, and operational excellence within an Agile delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on up-to-date cloud platforms.

- Build and maintain containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and release processes.

- Support platform scalability, reliability, resilience, and operational excellence.

- Implement Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates) for provisioning and configuration management.

- Set up and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting to enable proactive issue detection and resolution.

- Collaborate with development teams to streamline build, test, and deployment workflows.

- Manage cloud cost optimization, security posture, and compliance best practices.

- Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and disaster recovery planning.

- Work within Agile/Scrum teams,



contributing to sprint planning and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5–10 years of hands-on experience in Cloud/DevOps engineering.

- Strong expertise in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.

- Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.

- Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, or a similar language.

- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, or Datadog).

- Good understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM best practices.

- Comfortable working within an Agile/Scrum delivery model.

Good to Have

- Experience deploying and operating AI/ML workloads or LLM inference infrastructure.

- Exposure to Kafka or messaging infrastructure operations.

- Relevant cloud certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP Associate or Professional level).

- Experience supporting B2B or enterprise integration platforms.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
