Job Position we are offering Accountant

Corporate Office Location – CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. Candidates with prior experience working under a Chartered Accountant (CA) or in a CA firm, accounting firm, audit firm, or similar professional services organization will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely recording of financial transactions.

· Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, bank reconciliations, and other accounting records.

· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

· Handle GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliances, including timely filing of returns.

· Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and required documentation.

· Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, company policies,



and regulatory requirements.

· Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

· Monitor cash flow, reconcile bank accounts, and maintain accurate financial records.

· Prepare MIS reports and provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.

· Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities as required.

· Maintain proper documentation and ensure confidentiality of financial information.

· Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Required Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (B.Com/B.Sc.). A Master's degree (M.Com or MBA in Finance) will be an added advantage.

· Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience as an Accountant.

· Candidates must have worked under a Chartered Accountant (CA) or possess practical experience in a CA firm, accounting firm, audit firm, or a similar professional services organization. Experience in statutory audits, taxation, GST, TDS, ROC compliance, and financial reporting will be preferred.

· Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

· Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, QuickBooks, Fresh Books, or similar accounting software.

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other financial functions.

· Experience with general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and financial statement preparation.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

· High level of accuracy, integrity, attention to detail, and confidentiality.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
