Department: Clinical / Patient Relations Reports To: Clinic Manager / Cluster Head Review Period: [Monthly/Quarterly / Annual] 1. Patient Consultation & Counselling Conduct pre-treatment counselling sessions for skin and hair transplant patients. Understand patients' aesthetic concerns, expectations, and medical history. Explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, pre/post-procedure care, risks, and costs. Assist patients in making informed decisions. 2. Treatment Planning Support Coordinate with dermatologists, trichologists, and surgeons to develop personalized treatment plans. Educate patients about alternative treatment options, including non-surgical and medical therapies. 3. Lead Conversion & Sales Follow up with inquiries (walk-ins, calls, online) to convert leads into consultations and bookings. Achieve monthly/quarterly conversion targets and revenue goals. Maintain a high patient satisfaction score to encourage word-of-mouth referrals. 4. Pre-Operative & Post-Operative Guidance Guide patients on pre-op preparations and post-op care, including medication, downtime, and aftercare follow-up. Monitor recovery and ensure post-op consultations are scheduled. 5. Documentation & CRM Updates Maintain accurate records in CRM or EMR systems including patient assessments, treatment decisions,



consent forms, and follow-up notes. Ensure compliance with medical ethics and patient confidentiality standards. 6. Patient Relationship Management Be the point of contact for patients before and after procedures. Build rapport, handle patient concerns professionally, and ensure a positive patient experience. 7. Training & Knowledge Enhancement Stay updated with the latest in dermatology, trichology, and transplant technologies. Attend workshops/seminars as required by the clinic. 8. Cross-functional Collaboration Liaise with reception, nursing staff, medical team, and marketing for smooth clinic operations and promotions. Support in promotional events, webinars, or open house sessions as needed.
