Work Experience

- Solid analytical, data-modelling, and dashboarding ability.

- Advanced Excel/Power Query; familiarity with SQL preferred.

- Deep understanding of life insurance operations (SB, KMP, CSPS, LifeAsia).

- High accuracy and attention to detail in MIS handling.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Ability to work under stringent timelines and multiple priorities.

- Problem-solving mindset with focus on automation and data hygiene.
