Associate Incubation

ROLE SUMMARY:

He / She will provide operational, coordination, and program support to ensure smooth execution of incubation and acceleration activities. The role focuses on implementation, documentation, coordination, and day-to-day program support under the leadership team's guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support execution of incubation and acceleration programs and activities
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, workshops, mentoring sessions, and events
- Act as the first point of contact for startups for routine coordination and follow-ups
- Maintain startup data, program records, MIS, and documentation
- Support startup onboarding, reporting, and compliance processes
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports.
- Track tasks, timelines, and action items and follow up with stakeholders
- Provide administrative and logistical support for programs, events, and reviews

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Valuable communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets,



presentations, and basic data tracking tools
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks

KEY COMPETENCIES:

- Good understanding of startups, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem
- ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:
- Essential Educational Qualifications required for this role*:
- Graduate degree in Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or related field
- Desirable Qualifications/Certification required for this role:

Working knowledge with Artificial Intelligence (AI), data-driven tools, or emerging Technology :

- Total years of work experience: 2 Yrs or Freshers with requisite skills are Encouraged to apply

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
