Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable professional with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end AP operations and excellent English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations
- Process vendor invoices and payment requests
- Verify invoices, supporting documents and approvals
- Perform vendor statement and account reconciliations
- Maintain accurate AP records and ledgers
- Process payments and ensure timely vendor settlements
- Handle vendor queries and payment follow-ups
- Perform bank and payment reconciliations
- Support month-end closing and AP reporting
- Prepare AP-related MIS and reports
- Work on Microsoft Dynamics ERP

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2–3 years of robust Accounts Payable experience – Mandatory
- Excellent spoken and written English – Mandatory




- Strong understanding of AP processes and accounting principles
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience – Preferred
- Experience with foreign/international company accounting – Preferred
- Robust reconciliation and analytical skills
- Good attention to detail

Important: Candidates must have strong English communication skills. Candidates without good spoken and written English communication will not be considered.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately and have experience with international/foreign company accounting and Microsoft Dynamics ERP.
