Are you an experienced Customer Service / Sales professional with experience handling US customers and leading teams?
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead our night-shift customer service operations and manage customer and sales interactions for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a Customer Service team
Handle customer service and sales inquiries via calls and emails
Manage customized apparel quotes and support the sales process
Drive customer satisfaction, service quality, and revenue targets
Conduct performance reviews and support team growth
Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers
Monitor service quality, productivity, and process improvements
What We're Looking For:
✅ 4+ years of customer service/sales experience with US customers
✅ People management and team leadership experience is mandatory
✅ Experience in performance management and team development
✅ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✅ Strong sales, customer service, and problem-solving abilities
✅ Comfortable handling a US accent
✅ Willingness to work in US shifts
✅ Candidates open to relocating to Trivandrum
